Regina Magazine, by German artist Regina Möller, adapts the format of popular women magazines. We were asked to create a design combining traditional Norwegian knitting patterns and the aesthetics of Norwegian black metal music. We proposed a system using the symmetry of the ‘Selbu rose’ creating patterns with cut-out parts of black metal logos.
